This freshly distilled 100% N​ew Zealand​​ ​grown Lavender ​hydrosol ​(Lavandula angustifolia)​,​ ​to promote equanimity within ourselves and our environments.​ It​​ ​is a favourite addition to stress management toolkits and those living with disrupted sleep patterns.​ ​  

Recommended as fac​e and body​ spray, an addition to bath water, to washing rinse cycles / clothes dryers (particularly of bed linen) and ​as ​a perfect complement to our ​​diffusers. We encourage liberal use of it, ideally within a year of first use.
