This freshly distilled 100% New Zealand -grown lavender hydrosol (Lavandula angustifolia), promotes equanimity within ourselves and our environments. It is a favourite addition to stress-management toolkits and for those living with disrupted sleep patterns.
Recommended as a face and body spray, an addition to bath water and to washing rinse cycles / clothes dryers (particularly of bed linen). We encourage liberal use of it, ideally within a year of first use.
